When reporting the issue, please provide as many details as possible. Include the time it occurred, any error or notice messages you saw, and describe what happened.
Don't forget to include the Tournament ID for quicker assistance. To find it, go to “Results” in the game, tap on the relevant Tournament, and scroll down to the bottom of the leaderboard to find the ID.
